The following private programs are based on 90 minute one-on-one sessions which include the following:

15 Minute Guided Meditation focusing on mindfulness techniques

45 Minute Yoga Practice (including Vinyasa and/or Restorative Yoga)

15 Minute Tibetian Bowl Healing

15 minute Dharma Discussion for Personal Reflection

5 Day programs give one free hour of a Private Healing Session to gift to a friend in need
