Private Healing Programs:

Taking the Path to Inner Peace

The following private programs are based on 90 minute one-on-one sessions which include the following:

​

  • 15 Minute Guided Meditation focusing on mindfulness techniques

  • 45 Minute Yoga Practice (including Vinyasa and/or Restorative Yoga)

  • 15 Minute Tibetian Bowl Healing

  • 15 minute Dharma Discussion for Personal Reflection

  • 5 Day programs give one free hour of a Private Healing Session to gift to a friend in need

Fee: Donation Based on Sliding Scale

Location: At your residence or preferred location (studio, garden, etc.)

This program is specifically designed based on your unique needs.  Themes may be one or a selection of the following: Cultivating Calm, Developing Focus, Managing Stress, Calming Anxiety, Choosing Happiness, Practicing Gratitude and Igniting Self Empowerment.

In the course of our lives, we may experience tragedy due to some type of loss: of a loved one, a marriage, health, unattained dreams...This program specifically focuses on loss, how to navigate through it and how to proceed in life with a perspective of abundance.
