Program Includes

  • 5 Days of 90 Minutes Sessions including guided meditation, yoga, Tibetian bowl healing & dharma talk of self reflection with instructor. Comforting asana to be combined with "stop" awareness. 

  • Guidance for at home practice between sessions, if requested

  • Program journal

  • An opportunity to be "of service" to others: The 5 Day program gives you one credit hour of yoga to give to a friend in need for a private healing session with the instructor.

Day 1 Grounding: Cultivating Inner Peace

  • 15 Minute Guided Meditation: Non Reactivity with Sounds

  • 45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga: Extended Child's Pose 

  • 15 Minute Tibetian Bowl Healing

  • 15 Minute Dharma Reflection: Messages of the Mind

Day 2 Centering: Creating Awareness

  • 15 Minute Guided Meditation: Non Reactivity with Thoughts

  • 45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga: Mountain Pose before and after

  • 15 Minute Tibetian Bowl Healing

  • 15 Minute Dharma Reflection: Patterns of mental chatter?

Day 3 Releasing: Melting and Surrender 

  • 15 Minute Guided Meditation: Non-Reactivity with Emotion

  • 45 Minute Restorative Yoga: Viparita Karani

  • 15 Minute Tibetian Bowl Healing

  • 15 Minute Dharma Reflection: Letting go of what does not support you

Day 4 Accepting: Accepting

  • 15 Minute Guided Meditation: The Non-Judging Mind

  • 45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga: Bridge!

  • 15 Minute Tibetian Bowl Healing

  • 15 Minute Dharma Reflection: Riding the Waves

Day 5 Expanding: Embracing the Calm!

  • 15 Minute Guided Meditation: Allowing!

  • 45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga: Flow!

  • 15 Minute Tibetian Bowl Healing

  • 15 Minute Dharma Reflection: Moving Forward

Session Policy: Scheduled sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of first session unless a prior agreement is arranged. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours before scheduled session or session will be canceled without a refund.
